A very interesting report just came out from Reuters' AlertNet Service about the future of humanitarian aid in its challenges, distribution, funding, etc. Here are some of the key findings they have come up with after surveying 41 of the world's biggest aid agencies they say.

Permalink Comment by Miguel Varela on February 1, 2012 at 5:42pm I love how the questions are asked to agencies. At first I was like "um, but this info cant be very reliable if it's asked to 'normal' people". I couldn't agree more when they say politisation of aid is the biggest obstacle for it… funny how in our lectures we've been talking about all the different stages that aid has to complete before it even starts to be planned. No wonder implementation is so hard! But I'm quite shocked when they say "limited resources" are the single one most important obstacle… although there weren't many other options in that question :)
Wonderful image, so informative and accessible! Keep them coming!
